Terms and Conditions

To ensure an efficient and safe service, the following terms and conditions apply:

Standard hire of skip bins is 3 days unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Customer payments are to be made prior to or upon delivery of skip bins unless otherwise pre-arranged.

For the placement, access and safe collection of skip bins:

  • Skip bins are not to be moved once they have been placed in position by the driver. Access must be maintained to allow safe collection.  Please ask the driver to move the bin if required. Failure to comply will incur additional charges and the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred to manoeuvre the skip bin to a position where it can be safely removed.
  • The placement of the skip bin is at the driver’s discretion and determined by iDispose’s Public Liability requirements.

Only fill to the top of the skip bin. Any overfill may be off loaded or charged at a per cubic meter rate. Overfilled bins cannot be transported safely.

The customer is responsible for the skip bin once delivered.

Any damage to a skip bin incurred during the term of hire is at the customer’s expense.

Bins placed in driveways will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

iDispose Waste Management is not liable for any damage to your property regarding placement and / or collection of skip bin.

Permits are required if the bin is to be placed on council property. Additional charges apply.

No asbestos, chemicals, batteries, food scraps, liquid or hazardous waste or flammable materials are to be placed in bins.

Mattresses, paint cans and tyres are not accepted by landfill. iDispose can accept and dispose of these items at additional cost. The customer must inform iDispose of the presence of these items when booking and ensure that these items are placed into the top of the bin.

iDispose Waste Management retains the right to terminate any skip bin hire delivery or collection.
